The July 2026 meeting of the OARC will be held on July 11, 2026 due to the first Saturday of July being a holiday. The meeting will be held at the EOC Center, located at 1180 N Commons Drive, Jacksonville, NC 28546 at 9:00 am. Testing will be held after the meeting for those interested.
